A high-intensity, one-month immersive masterclass designed for senior audio professionals to master the full Dolby Atmos post-production and system calibration ecosystem.

Week 1: Architecture & DAW Integration
Optimizing high-performance hardware and Mastering the Dolby Atmos Renderer Suite with complex Pro Tools routing and I/O mapping.
Week 2: Precision 9.1.6 System Calibration
Professional room tuning using Smaart Suite v9, implementing DSP correction, like Sphere from Ginger Audio or any high end audio interface with on board DSP and alignment of 9.1.6 arrays to strict Dolby specs.
Week 3: Advanced Mixing & Immersive Post-Production
Advanced Bed vs. Object utilization, high-fidelity spatial mixing for multi-format translation, and Dante network integration, MADI, Digilink, HDX ecosystems, Avid MTRX, and all Dolby capable interfaces.
Week 4: Finalization, Deliverables & Real-World Workflows
Mastering requirements for spatial platforms, ADM BWF, IMF IAB format generation, Re-renders, and managing complex professional studio workflows.

The Instructor
Thaer Bader

Thaer Bader is an award‑winning audio engineer, Dolby Atmos mixing expert, Live sound engineer and System engineer, Oud player, and educator with over 20 years of performance experience and more than a decade in audio production, recording, mixing, and live sound. A graduate of Berklee College of Music Boston, MA in Music Production & Engineering, he combines deep musicality with advanced studio technique across stereo, immersive audio, and large‑scale live productions. As an instructor, Thaer focuses on teaching students to think like professional engineers and mixers not just operate tools. His training covers production workflow, signal flow, editing, mixing, mastering concepts, and Dolby Atmos music mixing, with a strong emphasis on practical application, critical listening, and confident decision‑making. His background spans studio albums, live concerts, orchestral productions, film and media projects, and immersive audio environments. He has collaborated with artists, ensembles, and institutions including Berklee College of Music, Berklee Abu Dhabi, the National Arab Orchestra, New York Arabic Orchestra, Pink Martini, and the UAE National Orchestra, where he serves as Production Manager, giving students a complete view from composition to final delivery.
